We set ourselves high quality standards. We aim to offer our specialist reseller partners and customers firstrate services. We have therefore introduced a quality management system and regularly evaluate it. This has resulted in successful DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certification of GRENKE’s quality management system.


We regard this award as both an inventive and obligation to continually work towards the improvement of our products and service. We have consistently endeavoured to constantly improve our enterprise quality since our initial audit on June 10, 1998.


The requirements for the awarding of certification are verified at regular intervals by independent evaluators and TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH confirms that GRENKE has an effective, efficient management system that sets an example. Our management also makes an important contribution in this respect. They embrace their role model status and motivate their employees to achieve outstanding service quality. We constantly carry out improvement processes through training courses and information events.
