Milestones

  • Dr. Ljiljana Mitic studied business administration in both Dortmund and Plymouth (UK) and received her degree in business administration. In 1999, she received her doctorate from the University of Plymouth.
     
  • She began her career in 1992 at EDS Electronic Data Systems GmbH.
     
  • In 1999, Dr. Ljiljana Mitic joined WestLB Systems GmbH in Dusseldorf where she was the Co-General Manager responsible for the IT business, among others.
     
  • From 2005 through 2010, Dr. Ljiljana Mitic was Sales Director Financial Services Industry Germany at Hewlett Packard GmbH and had overall responsibility for all customers in the bank and insurance industries.
     
  • From 2010 through 2011, Dr. Ljiljana Mitic was a Senior Vice President at Siemens IT Solutions and Services GmbH in Munich responsible for the global business conducted with banks and insurance companies.
     
  • Dr. Ljiljana Mitic has been an Executive Vice President and in this position the Global Head of Financial Services Markets at Atos IT Solutions and Services GmbH in Munich from 2011 through 2015. She was a member of the Executive Committee of Atos.
  • Dr. Ljiljana Mitic started working as an independent consultant specialised in IT, Financial Services and start-ups in 2016.
  • Additionally, since 2017 Dr. Ljiljana Mitic is a partner of Impact51 AG, Küsnacht, Switzerland and also Managing Director of Venture Value Partners GmbH in Munich, Germany.
 

Memberships

In May 2015, Dr. Ljiljana Mitic was elected to the Supervisory Board of GRENKE AG.
 

Dr. Ljiljana Mitic is not a member of any other statutory supervisory board or comparable supervisory body at any domestic or foreign commercial enterprises as defined by section 125 (1) sentence 5 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG).
